Unleashed not allocating Serial Numbers

We are experiencing the serialised products are being allocated multiple times on sales orders due to unleashed not recognising that it has already been allocated. When you do a serial numbers enquiry it does not show what serial numbers have been allocated and still show that they are available?? Is there anything in the pipeline to fix this problem because it is causing chaos and very time consuming to say the least!!!

Thank you for writing in. 

This is indeed permitted in the system and is intended behaviour. However, I do see how this may make for a more cumbersome process for you. In the meantime, I have submitted this as an improvement request as the team concerned is currently looking in this area for improvements.
