Steps:

1. Create an empty stocktake for the warehouse that has more serials than its SOH
2. Add the product, enter the SOH quantity, select the serials that exist on the warehouse and complete the stock take. By doing this the serials that aren’t selected will be removed from the warehouse.
3. Create another empty stocktake for the other warehouse
4. Add the product, enter the SOH quantity, select/add the serials that exist on that warehouse and complete the stocktake.
