Question:

Can a Payment Term be deleted?

Answer: 

A Payment Term cannot be deleted or removed from Unleashed if it has been used in a transaction. 

If the Payment Term cannot be deleted, you can tick the Obsolete check box in the Payment Term page to deactivate it. 

If the Payment Term has not been used and is not allocated to a Customer record, you can use the bin icon in the Payment Terms page, under Settings, System, to remove it from your account.
