Unfortunately if you have used a payment term in a prior transaction it is not possible to delete them.

This is due to the fact that the payment term would be linked to a transaction.

Although it is not recommended you can click on the parment terms and rename the term, change the days and type.

This is not recomended due to the fact that this will effect your historical transactions.
