You can only create one BOM per assembled product in Unleashed. However, you can include other assembled products with their own BOMs as components to the parent product's BOM.

The BOM's created for assembled products added as components to a parent product's BOM are known as sub-BOM's and will be used to generate sub-assemblies during the assembly of the parent product's stock.
