Within Unleashed tax is calculated on a per line basis, rounding each line to two decimal places, and then sum the tax total of each line to calculate the total tax. This is explained further in the following help document here. 

Our software has been designed in this way so it is consistent with the way that Xero calculates tax. Their documentation describes it here:

With the current functionality the best suggestion I can offer would be to make a manual adjustment in your financial system to account for the difference in cents.
