Invite a User to Unleashed

1. From the main menu, go to Settings, Security, Users. The current users and their associated details are displayed.
   
   
2. In the top right corner, click "Invite a User".
   
   
3. Fill in the details for the new User and click "send invite". 
   
   
4. The invited user will receive an email with a link to approve their invitation. They must use this link to create a password and activate their user account.
   NOTE: Invitation emails may filter into spam/junk folders. 
   
   
5. Once the user has approved their invitation, a tick icon will be shown in the Unleashed account's User page, under the "Approved" header.

Points to note

• Ensure that you have the necessary user license or have purchased more licenses to invite user.
• To change a user's role, click on the role field on the User's row and use the dropdown menu provided.
• If a Sandbox has been created, users invited to the live account will not automatically be invited to the existing Sandbox.
