Steps:

Stock Counts in Unleashed are carried out on a per warehouse basis only.

Once the stock count is added for a particular warehouse, by default, the system will incorporate all those products, in the count, which at that time have a positive (more than 0) stock on hand quantity in the chosen warehouse.
We are able to narrow down the product list on the count based on its product group, bin location, supplier and accounting code.

1. To be able to count selective products in the stock count, you will need to manually delete the unnecessary products from the count.

2. Add their count quantity to be the same as their current stock on hand qty. 

Alternatively, you can carry out a stock adjustment to amend the stock quantity if you want to update just a handful of products.
