Create a blank Stock Count to ensure only a selected list of products are counted and updated in your inventory. The stock on hand of any product that is not listed in the Stock Count will not change.

NOTE: If a product is listed in the Stock Count but it's Count Quantity is left empty, Unleashed will update it's stock on hand to zero when the Stock Count is completed.

Create an empty Stock Count

By creating an empty stock count you can manually enter the products that are being counted. Follow the below steps to create the Stock Count:

1. From the main menu, select Inventory, Transactions and click on Stock Counts.
   
   
2. In the top right corner of the Stock Counts page, select the Add Count. 
   
   
3. Select the appropriate Warehouse from the drop down menu.
   
   
4. In the top right corner, tick the check box for "Create empty stock count", then click Create Count. 
   
   
   
5. A new Stock Count will be created in an In Progress status, with no products populated in the count. 
   
   
6. Search and find the products being counted in the *Product filed, providing a Count Quantity and then select Add to include it in the Stock Count.
