How to integrate a different Xero account with Unleashed
FollowYou can only integrate one Xero account with one Unleashed at any one time. This means, if you have a new Xero account, would like to use an alternative one or have integrated the wrong Xero account with Unleashed you will need to remove your current integration and install the preferred one.
Uninstall your Xero integration
Before you can integrate a new or different Xero account with Unleashed, you first need to uninstall any existing Xero integration:
- From Unleashed's main menu, go to Integration, Integration Store and click on the Xero tile.
- Go to the Configuration tab and click on Uninstall App, highlighted in red text on the right of your page.
- Once you have confirmed the integration is uninstalled, no further transactions or updates will sync between Unleashed and Xero.
The Xero tile's integration status will show as "Inactive" when the app has been successfully uninstalled.
NOTE: All configuration settings will be lost when the Xero integration is uninstalled.
Install a new Xero integration
To connect Xero to Unleashed, follow the below steps:
- From Unleashed's main menu, go to Integration, Integration Store and click on the Xero tile.
- Click on the Overview tab and select the green Install App button.
- You will be redirected to a new browser page, requiring Xero login details. Once the details have been successfully provided you'll be redirected back to Unleashed to setup the integration's configurations.
