What is the Customer Pricing Hierarchy?
FollowCustomer Pricing Workflow
Unleashed follows the below precedence when it comes to applying product prices on a sales order:
1. Customer Pricing
2. Quantity Price Breaks
3. Sell Price Tiers
Look up the sell price tier allocated to the customer (if any).
Look up the relevant product price in that sell price tier.
4. Default sell price
So, if I create a sales order for the customer "1234" selling product "red handbag",
1. The system will look at the Customer Pricing section to see if there are any special prices added for that product or the "group" to that product belongs.
2. If nothing is found, we go to the Quantity price break section in the product record to see if there are any special prices added there and whether the conditions like product order quantity, date range, etc. are met.
3. If nothing is found, we go to the customer record and look up the sell price tier allocated to the customer (if any). If yes, we go back to the product record and look up the relevant product price in that sell price tier.
4. If no sell price is allocated to the customer, we use the Default sell price.
