How to update Customer Pricing in bulk

Follow

To update multiple products at once that have customer specific pricing use the Import Customer Pricing template. Export your current Customer Pricing into a pre-populated CSV template and adjust the values as appropriate to efficiently update them for future sales.

To update existing customer pricing you must delete all existing customer prices and replace it.

Tip: Export all current Customer Pricing and save this as a back-up CSV. Once all Customer Pricing is deleted in Unleashed it cannot be restored, the back-up copy will allow you to re-import the original Customer Pricing.

Points to note

Existing Customer Pricing will update using the Customer Pricing template if all the following conditions are true:

  • The CSV row specifies the CustomerCode and ProductCode.

  • The CSV row does not specify any of Product Group, MinimumQuantity, ValidFrom, and ValidTo.

NOTE: The Import Customer Pricing process can take, on average, 75 minutes per 10,000 rows in the CSV template.
