Is there a limit to how many images or attachments are uploaded in Unleashed?

Follow

All Unleashed subscriptions include 10 GB of storage space to accommodate the upload of images and external documents to your products, customers, suppliers, transactions and company settings. Should your total uploads reach the 10 GB limit, you have the option to purchase more storage space via your account's Billing page, within the Settings menu. For more details, see Billing.

Attachments

Images and external documents can be uploaded and attached to individual product, customer or supplier records as well as to individual transactions, when necessary. You also have the option to upload images or documents to your account's File Library, rather than a specific entity, so that it's available to attach to emails or entities as and when required.

  • Images or external documents have a size limit of 20 MB when uploaded to products, customers, suppliers or transactions.
  • Up to 50 external documents and images can be uploaded per product, customer, supplier or transaction.
  • Any image or external document can be attached to up to 50 products, customers, suppliers or transactions.

For more details, see File Library.

Company Images

Only 20 images can be uploaded to the company's Images tab, with a size limit of 250 KB per image. This limit cannot be increased, so you may need to remove any unnecessary images from your company settings page to accommodate the 20 images that you must have. For more details, see Company: Images
