Submit a support ticket in the Support Portal

Only users that are enabled with Support on their Unleashed account are eligible to submit a ticket to Unleashed's Support and Experience team. To confirm whether you are enabled for Support, go to Settings, Security, Users in your Unleashed account and check the Support column or contact your account's owner.

Access the Support Portal

  1. Whilst logged into your Unleashed account, head to the "?" icon in the top right of your page and select "Submit a support ticket".


    Alternatively, you can use the link https://support.unleashedsoftware.com/hc/en-us to go directly to the Support Portal.

  2. Log in to your Support profile through the Sign In button in the top right of the Support Portal's page.

    NOTE: Unleashed's Support Portal which requires a separate login to that of your Unleashed account. 

  3. If you don’t have a login already, you can create one through “Sign Up” link in on the Sign In page. To avoid confusion, we recommend using the same email address for your support profile as you have to login to Unleashed with. Once you've signed up, you'll receive a verification email to active your Support Portal access.

  4. Once activated, login to the Support Portal to review existing queries or create a New Case to submit a new query through.

Create a support ticket

  1. Login to Unleashed's Support Portal and select New Case.

  2. In the New Case, advise the query's Subject, your Unleashed Account Name, then describe your query, issue or request in the Description field. Attach any supporting documents, images or screenshots to further clarify your query

  3. Select Submit and our Support team will respond in line with your Unleashed account's Customer Success Plan. For more details, see Initial Response Time.
