How to reconnect to Xero

Follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Xero

2. Click on the 9-dot menu on the right

3. Select "Manage App Connection"

4. Disconnect "Unleashed Software"

5. You can now reconnect to Xero via Unleashed

  • Note: The reconnection automatically triggers two imports from Xero to Unleashed
    • Import currencies from Xero. If valid exchange rates for currencies are set up in both Xero and Unleashed, the available currencies will be added to Unleashed
    • Import accounts from Xero, import your account codes from Xero into Unleashed.
6. Check that your transactions have been exported correctly. If you need to re-export them, follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the Export Data tab.
  2. Select the date range: 18 - 19 May 2025.
  3. Review each section to ensure transactions for that date have been exported.
    • If the View column shows "Xero", the transaction has been successfully exported.
    • If not, click the Export button to send the transaction to Xero.
