The billing invoice email address can only be updated by Unleashed team, therefore you'll need to reach out to us via support ticket, live chats or telephone channels to request for such change.

The update will take effect immediately - which means on your next billing cycle, the newly assigned email address would receive the Unleashed billing invoice moving forward.
