Import Customer Pricing field definitions

The Import Customer Pricing template is used to update or add Customer specific product sale prices in bulk. Upon import the Customer Pricing will be displayed in the Customer's record in the Customer Pricing tab. For more details, see What is the Customer Pricing Hierarchy?

Points to note

  • The Import Customer Pricing template must be used ONLY for existing customers and products.
  • You cannot create a new customer or product using the Customer Pricing import template.
  • The  Customer Name and Product Description fields cannot be updated with the the Import Customer Pricing template.
  • You must specify either the Product Code or Product Group per row in the Import Customer Pricing template. You cannot specify both the Product Code and Product Group in the same row.
  • Do not remove any columns from the Import Customer Pricing template. Any columns removed from the template prior to import will result in a failed upload or removal of data in Unleashed.

Import Customer Pricing field

Description
*Customer Code

The unique Customer Code for the customer's pricing.

Customer Name The Customer's name.
*Product Code

The unique Product Code for the product.

Product Description

The unique description of the product.

Product Group

The name of the unique Product Group, see Product Groups.

NOTE: Sub-groups are not available for Customer Pricing.

*Price/Discount

The numerical value that will apply to the *Price Type chosen. 

If Discount Type = Discount % the value must be between 1 to 100.

*Price Type Fixed price or Discount % value
Min. Quantity Minimum Sales Order quantity required, per Order Line, of the product to apply the fixed price or discount.
Valid From (DD/MM/YYYY) Date the fixed price or discount will be applied from, based on the Sales Order's creation date.
Valid To (DD/MM/YYYY) Date up to which the fixed price or discount will be applicable, based on the Sales Order's creation date.
Comments

Any additional notes related to the customer pricing.
