Use the Import Warehouse Transfers template to create Parked Warehouse Transfers in bulk.

| *Transfer Number |
The unique transaction reference for the Warehouse Transfer, including prefixes. The Transfer Number is only required for the first row of the Warehouse Transfer's list of products. |
| *Source Warehouse Code |
The Warehouse Code for the warehouse the stock is being transferred from and is only required for the first row of the Warehouse Transfer's list of products. The Warehouse must already exist in Unleashed prior to import. Go to Settings, System, Warehouses to find the each warehouse's unique Warehouse Code. |
| *Destination Warehouse Code |
The Warehouse Code for the warehouse the stock is being transferred to and is only required for the first row of the Warehouse Transfer's list of products. The Warehouse must already exist in Unleashed prior to import. Go to Settings, System, Warehouses to find the each warehouse's unique Warehouse Code. |
| *Product Code |
The unique Product Code for the product. The Product must already exist in Unleashed prior to import. |
| *Transfer Quantity |
The total number of units being transferred from the Source warehouse to the Destination warehouse. |
Import Warehouse Transfers data format
If more than one product is due to be transferred from one Source Warehouse to one Destination Warehouse at the same time they can be transferred within the same transaction. In the Import Warehouse Transfer template the *Transfer Number, *Source Warehouse Code and *Destination Warehouse Code detail only needs to be filled in for the first product row of the Warehouse Transfer and can be left blank for the remaining products being transferred.
If more than one Warehouse Transfer is being created from one Import Warehouse Transfer template ensure the first product row of each Warehouse Transfer has a unique *Transfer Number and the appropriate *Source Warehouse Code and *Destination Warehouse Code.
