You cannot import using the Serial Numbers template.

Instead;

1. Create a product and serial track it.
2. Import your stock on hand.
3. Use the Stock on Hand template to add serial numbers.
4. As a result, you will have a detailed serial tracked product.

Use the Serial Number import to add serial numbers to the product. As a result, all of your serial numbers are entered.

You cannot import using Batch Numbers template. Instead;

1. Create product and batch track it.
2. Import your stock on hand using the Stock on Hand template.
3. Use the template to add numbers.
4. As a result, you will have a detailed batch tracked product.

1. Update the Product to be a 'Batch Tracked' product. 
2. Use the Batch Number import to add batch numbers to the product. 
3. As a result, enter all of your batch numbers.

4. Download and fill in the Batch Number template. Once it is imported, the product will be flagged as batch tracked with the imported batch numbers.
