Import Stock On Hand field definitions
FollowAdd Stock on Hand (SOH) quantities, Average Land Costs (ALC) to new products that have never had SOH before, use the Stock on Hand template.
If Serialiazed Products or Batch Tracking is enabled in your account's configuration settings, the Stock on Hand import will also allow you to assign serial or batch numbers to the new SOH being imported.

Description |

*Product Code | The unique Product Code for the product record. |
*Warehouse Code | The Warehouse Code the SOH quantity is being added to. |
*SOH | The product's total Stock On Hand quantity per warehouse. |
*AverageLandCost | The product's current average unit value, see Average Landed Costs. |
Serial Number |
Each SOH unit's serial number per product. NOTE: Only available if Serialized Products is enabled. |
Batch Number |
The SOH's batch number per product. Tip: If there are multiple batches per warehouse, list each batch number with the appropriate SOH quantity as it's own row. NOTE: Only available if Batch Tracking is enabled. |
Expiry date |
The expiry date set for the product's batch number. NOTE: Only available if Batch Tracking is enabled. |
How to enter Serial Numbers or Batch Numbers
To assign multiple Serial Numbers or Batch Numbers to one specific product, list the numbers in the relevant column (Serial Number or Batch Number), ensuring there is only one per row, in subsequent rows. Once the Serial or Batch numbers have been added, and align to the appropriate Stock on quantity, you can then go to the next row and again list the *Product Code, *Warehouse Code, *SOH, *Average Landed Cost, then begin adding the Serial/Batch numbers as required.
