Clearing Browser Cache
FollowIf you are experiencing any browser script errors, sluggishness with Unleashed, or you'd like to restore the confirmation pop-up windows for your user, clearing your browser's cache typically resolves this.
Below are instructions on how to clear your browser's cache for different browsers.
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots (
).on the top right of Google Chrome.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Click Delete Browsing Data.
- Tick Cookies & Other Site Data and Cached Images and Files.
- Click Delete Data.
- Restart Google Chrome.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three bars (
) on the top right of Mozilla Firefox.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Clear Data.
- Tick Cookies & Site Data and Temporary Cached Files and Pages.
- Click Clear.
- Restart Mozilla Firefox.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots (
) on the top right of Microsoft Edge.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy, Search, and Services.
- Scroll to Delete Browser Data.
- Click Choose what to clear next to Clear Browsing Data Now.
- Tick Cookies and Other Site Data and Cached Images and Files.
- Click Clear Now.
- Restart Microsoft Edge.
This should resolve the browser script errors or sluggishness, however, if it persists, Submit a support ticket in the Support Portal.
