If you use the Stock Days strategy (default), AIM Forecasting will not set/use stock limits. The forecasting workflow is designed to no longer use the Reorder Report as the Modelling system does.

Forecasting is much more advanced and will calculate demand dynamically with reference to time, enabling it to create detailed replenishment and production plans by cascading dependencies down to related component products. A great step up from the Modelling process!

The exception is, if you use a Manual Strategy in a Forecast. In this case you manually set min/max stock limits which will be submitted to the product record when the forecast is saved.
