Unleashed Mobile Friendly View

We've created a new mobile-friendly view that works on all devices - Help your sales team operate more effectively on the go with live information on what’s in stock, customers’ order history, production times and more with the Unleashed Mobile View.

Getting Started

If you login to Unleashed on your phone you will automatically see a prompt asking if you want to switch to mobile view.

 

 

Note : This setting will be store in your browsers cache.
If you wish to see the pop up again and change the option that you picked you can clear your browsers cache.

 

Manually Switching To Mobile View

If you wish to switch manually to the Mobile View later you can do so by clicking on your account name drop down and then clicking "Display Mobile View"

 

Switching Back To Desktop View

If you wish to switch back to the desktop view you can tap on the side bar menu and then "Display Desktop View"

 

From the side bar you can navigate to the following pages

  • View Products
  • View Customers
  • View Sales Orders
  • BI Dashboard

Products

View Products

Selecting View Products on the sidebar will take you to the Product List screen. This list shows a list of all your sellable products which are not obsoleted.

  • You can scroll through the product list to view more products. 
  • You can use the search function to search for specific products or narrow the list of products. 
  • Tapping on a specific product will take you to the Product Details Screen.

Product Details

The product details screen shows your product information and images. There are tabs view:

  • Details: The product's code, description unit of measure and any images attached to the record in Unleashed. While product thumbnails are viewable offline, larger images are only available when you are online.
  • Availability: Displays a breakdown per warehouse for stock availability and on hand quantities
  • Price Tier: The different price tiers set up for the product.

Customers

Customer List and search

On the Customer page, you can search and view customer and their contact details. Simply click on a customer row to view the customer's details. 

  • When you tap on Customers from the side menu, your list of customers will be displayed.
  • The search bar will allow you to search for any customer within your Unleashed list.
  • You will also be able to filter your list by "Customer Type". To learn more about Customer Types click here.

Customer Details

The customer details page will show you details about the customer including their tax rate, notes, contacts and existing Sales Orders.  The following tab views are available : Details, Contacts, Orders.

 

Adding notes to a customer

You can add to the Customer notes from the Customer Detail page.  

Clicking the edit button next to Notes on the customer details page will allow you to add notes to this customer. 

Sales Orders

Sales Orders List

  • Here you can view the list of sales orders that have come in.
  • Use the funnel icon to filter the Orders page by Sales Order status. To learn more about Sales Order Status click here.

 

Sales Orders Details

  • Tap on any sales orders to view the details of that order
  • You will be able to view the products & their respective quantities
  • The following tab views are available : Products, Order Details
  • The Products tab will show you the products on the order & their respective quantities
  • More information such as the customer details, required date, tax rate will be visible by clicking on the "Order Details" tab at the top  

 

Note : The purpose of the mobile version is view only. You are unable to edit the details available on this view. The only exception to this is being able to add & edit customer notes on the Customer Detail page.
