  • How can I access the B2B Portal?
    Go to Integration | Integration Store | Unleashed B2B Portal. For any questions or more information, visit support.unleashedsoftware.com.
  • Is the B2B Portal a stand alone product offering from Unleashed?
    The B2B Portal is not a stand alone product. 
  • Can I manually import/export my data in B2B Portal?
    No. All product, customer, and sales order information flows from Unleashed to B2B Portal.
  • How many products can I display on my B2B store?
    The number of products you can display is based on your B2B Portal subscription level.
    • Premium: 500 products
    • Premium Plus: Unlimited (based on the provisions of fair usage detailed in the Unleased Terms and Conditions).
  • How many customers can I invite to access my B2B store?
    The number of customers you can add is based on your B2B Portal subscription level.
    • Premium: 250 customers
    • Premium Plus: Unlimited (based on the provisions of fair usage detailed in the Unleased Terms and Conditions).
  • Do I need to upgrade my Unleashed subscription to access the B2B Portal?
    No.
  • How many stores can I add to the B2B Portal?
    The number of stores you can add is based on your B2B Portal subscription level. Premium: 1 store Premium Plus: up to 10 stores
  • Do I need to pay extra if i want to add more stores?
    The Premium version allows you to add only 1 store. If you want to add more stores, you must upgrade to the B2B Premium Plus plan. For more information, see B2B Billing.
  • How can I contact Unleashed for B2B Portal support?
    You can send a request from the Support tab on the B2B Portal or you can send an email to support@unleashedsoftware.com.
  • Are Customer Pricing and Quantity Price Breaks applied on the B2B Portal?
    Yes. Only the applicable customer pricing and Quantity Price Breaks are displayed on the B2B Portal. For more information, see Customer Pricing and Quantity Price Breaks.
  • Can I configure the status of Sales Orders in Unleashed for orders placed from the B2B Portal?
    Yes, you can select to import orders from B2B Portal as Parked, Placed, or Backordered. For more information, see Configuring B2B Store Settings.
  • Can I select the Unleashed warehouse for stock export and sales order import?
    Yes, you can select only one warehouse for stock export from Unleashed to B2B Portal and sales order import from B2B Portal to Unleashed. For more information, see Configuring B2B Store Settings.
  • What is the sync time for updates between Unleashed and B2B Portal?
    The sync time for stock, product, customer, and order updates is 15 minutes. All information flow except sales orders is ONLY from Unleashed to B2B Portal.
  • In Unleashed, can I identify which orders are coming from the B2B Portal?
    You can check the Created By details for the Sales Orders. This will display the details for the B2B store user.
  • What are the different subscription plans for B2B Portal?
    • Premium
    • Premium Plus

  • Can I downgrade my B2B Portal subscription plan?
    Yes.
  • In Unleashed, can the B2B Portal Admin user modify a sales order placed on the B2B store by a customer?
    Yes. The order can be modified as required by the B2B Portal Admin user in Unleashed.
  • What is the sales order flow between Unleashed and B2B Portal?
    1. Sales orders and stock are synced every 15 minutes:
      • B2B Portal is updated with accurate product stock from Unleashed
      • Sales orders are imported from B2B Portal to Unleashed
    2. When a B2B User places a sales order on the B2B store:
      • Order Status is displayed as "Processing"
      • Email confirmation for order request is sent
      • Sales order is imported into Unleashed
    3. B2B Admin user confirms sales order in Unleashed:
      • Sales order is completed in Unleashed
      • Unleashed sends updated sales orders to B2B Portal (every 15 min)
    4. B2B Sales order Status is Updated
      • Sales order is set to Completed
      • Sales order + Charges will now display on B2B Portal order history
