B2B Store: Customer Guide
FollowThis page describes how to navigate the B2B Store as a customer.
Customer access to the B2B Store
To access a B2B Store as a customer and create new orders, you will first need to accept your B2B Store invite and create your own, unique, Customer login.
Invitation emails will be sent from the B2B Store's Store Administrator and must be accepted prior to expiry (7 days default but configurable up to 30days). If you have not received a an invite email, please check your account's spam or junk folders incase it has been filtered incorrectly.
To accept a B2B Store invite:
- Locate the B2B Store's invite email.
- Click ACCEPT INVITE within the email's body.
- You will be directed to a web page, displaying the B2B Store's login page.
- Enter a user name in the field provided (this is the name that will be displayed for you when logged into the B2B Store).
- Enter and confirm a password for your B2B Store login.
- Click Submit.
- You will then be logged into the B2B Store, through which you can review the products available, create and manage orders.
Once your B2B Store login has been created with the credentials you've provided, these will be your login details for the B2B Store moving forwards. We recommend bookmarking the B2B Store's URL so that you can easily access the store for future ordering.
Products
Click on the Products header in the top left of the B2B Store to view the products visible and sellable to you from the B2B Store.
Views
By default, the Products page will display the store's products in a Grid View, but you can use the icons available in the page's filter header to switch to a List View. The view still selected at the time you log out of the B2B Store will be the default view used next time you login to the B2B Store.

Click on a product displayed in the Products page to review it in further detail. The additional details displayed are subject to the B2B Store's settings, established by the Store Administrator.
Favorites
The Favorites feature allows you to create a list(s) of frequently ordered products that you can easily locate and order within the B2B Store.
Add a product to your Favorites
You can favorite a product in the B2B Store from either the product's unique page view or from the main Products page (in grid or list view) by clicking over the heart icon displayed with the product's details.
- When in Grid view, the heart icon will be displayed when you hover over the product's tile (see below).
- When in List view, the heart icon will be displayed in in the first column of the product's row.
- When in a product's view, the heart icon will be displayed next to the product's description.
Once the heart icon is selected to mark the product as a favorite, the heart icon will update to a red colour and will be added to your login's favorite list.
View Favorites
To review your Favorites list, click on the grey heart icon shown at the top of your B2B Store's page (next to your login name). A count for how many products are currently listed as favorites will be shown on the grey heart icon.
Your favorite products will then be displayed in a grid or list view, similar to the Product page.
Order History
You can keep track of the orders you have placed and monitor their progress using the B2B Store's Order History page.
Click on My Orders in the top right corner of the B2B Store, then select "Order History" from the drop down menu displayed.
The "Your Orders" page will then list all the Sales Orders you've placed within the B2B Store to date, including the following details:
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Required Date
- Products
- Customer Contact
- Total
- Order Status
- Details
Click on the Show drop down in the Details column to see a full breakdown of the order's details, including all products ordered, quantities, prices and delivery address details.
Reorder from the B2B Store
You have the option to reorder historical B2B Orders, to save you time instead building a new order from scratch.
To reorder a B2B order:
- In the B2B Store, go to My Orders and select Order History.
- Find the order you'd like to order again and click on the Show drop down link.
- At the bottom of the order's details, click on Reorder.
- A pop-up "Reorder Order" window will appear, click on Reorder.
- All products included on the original order will be added to your cart.
NOTE: The prices given on the original order may have been updated in the B2B Store since the original order was placed. The original prices will not apply when the products are added to your cart for reorder so we recommend checking before proceeding with the order.
- Go to the cart icon in the header of B2B Store to review the products added and Proceed to Order. For more details on creating and managing orders in a B2B Store, see B2B Store: Create Orders.
