Individual and Combined Picklists are documents generated from Shipments and Sales Orders to determine which items require picking for dispatch. The Combined Picklist consolidates all the ordered products and quantities for the selected Sales Orders, into a single document to make improve the efficiency of your warehouse's picking processes. Whilst individual Picklists populate all ordered products and quantities that have been included on the Shipment of a Sales Order.

Use Doc Designer to create a custom default templates for the individual and Combined Picklists to be generated with, as and when it's printed. For more details, see Doc Designer.

Print a Picklist

Individual Picklists can only be generated for the Shipments of Sales Orders and can therefore only be printed from the View Shipments or individual Shipment pages. 

Bulk print Picklists from the View Shipments page

1. From Unleashed's main menu, go to Sales, Orders and select View Shipments. 
   
   
2. Use the filter fields available to populate the required Shipments in the grid.
   
   
3. Use the checkboxes to select one or more Shipments that require individual Picklists printed.
   
   
4. Hover over the Action Cog header and select Print Picklist. 
   
   
5. Unleashed will generate the one PDF document including each individual, producing a notification in your account's task bar (burger icon). Click on the Bulk Print Picklist task and you will have the option to download the Picklist, via the "Click here" link. 

Print a Picklist from a Shipment

1. Open the Shipment. 
   
   
2. In the bottom right corner of the Shipment's page, select the Print dropdown icon and select Picklist.
   
   
3. The Shipment's picklist will be downloaded to your device. 

Print a Combined Picklist

Combined Picklists can be printed from either the View Shipments or View Sales Order pages.

Print Combined Picklists from the View Shipments page

1. From Unleashed's main menu, go to Sales, Orders and select View Shipments. 
   
   
2. Use the filter fields available to populate the required Shipments in the grid.
   
   
3. Use the checkboxes to select which Shipments will be included on the Combined Picklist.
   
   
4. Hover over the Action Cog header and select Print Combined Picklist. 
   
   
5. Unleashed will generate the Combined Picklist as a PDF, producing a notification in your account's task bar (burger icon). Click on the Bulk Print Combined Picklist task and you will have the option to download the Combined Picklist, via the "Click here" link. 

Print Combined Picklists from the View Sales Orders page

Combined Picklists printed from the View Sales Order page do not require Shipments to be created in order to be generated. The Combined Picklist will populate all ordered product quantities, regardless of their dispatch status. 

1. From Unleashed's main menu, go to Sales, Orders and select View Sales Orders. 
   
   
2. Use the filter fields available to populate the required Sales Orders in the grid.
   
   
3. Use the checkboxes to select which Sales Orders will be included on the Combined Picklist.
   
   
4. Hover over the Action Cog header and select Print Documents. 
   
   
5. A Print pop-up window will be displayed, select Combined Picklist.
   
   
   
6. Unleashed will generate the Combined Picklist as a PDF, producing a notification in your account's task bar (burger icon). Click on the Bulk Print Picklist task and you will have the option to download the Combined Picklist, via the "Click here" link.
