How to reset your 2-Step Authentication
FollowIf you've recently changed your login's authentication device or need to update your login's alternative email address, you will need to "Reset 2SA" (2-Step Authentication) for your specific user login.
NOTE: Only your Account Owner can reset a user's 2SA.
When the Account Owner is logged into Unleashed, they can follow the below steps to reset your 2SA credentials:
- From the main menu, go to Settings, Security and select Users.
- Hover over the intended user's Action Cog
- Click Reset 2SA.
When the intended user next attempts to login to their Unleashed account, they will be asked to setup 2SA for their login, just like when they were first invited as a user.
