How to reset your 2-Step Authentication

If you require to reset your 2-Step Authentication (2SA) due to obtaining a new device, or technical errors when signing in, you may require a 2SA reset. Only your account owner can do this for you
Platform:
- Unleashed on Browser
Steps:
- Navigate to the Settings page
- Click on Security
- Click on Users
- Hover over the intended user's Action Cog
- Click Reset 2SA
The user will then be asked to re-establish their 2SA settings on whichever required device. Please note that this will require the account owner to process this action, so you will to enquire with the account owner and the account owner can reset their own 2SA
