Overview tab
The Overview tab provides you with the opportunity to install an Amazon store or configure a store that's currently integrated with Unleashed.
Install an Amazon store
Once subscribed to the Amazon eCommerce Hub module, install an Amazon store with Unleashed:
- From Unleashed's main menu, go to the eCommerce Hub select the Amazon tile.
- Hover over the first available Shop Slot tile to see and select the green plus icon.
- Fill in the Amazon store's Alias Name. The Alias Name can be a maximum of 8 characters long and cannot be changed.
- Use the drop down menu to Select Your Primary Marketplace.
- You will then be asked to sign into your Amazon Seller Central Account and to authorise Unleashed to access your account.
- Click Add.
Each shop you install to the Amazon eCommerce Hub is displayed on the Overview tab in a tile. By default you can add up to five Amazon shops at a time. If you need to add more than 5 shops, Submit a request in the Support Portal.
Configuration tab
Each Amazon store integrated with Unleashed is setup and configured independently. To manage each store's configurations settings, warehouse mappings, stock configurations and data select the Amazon Store's tile and click on the Configuration tab below it.
Store status
Within each integrated Amazon Store tile you will see a toggle which allows you to set the store as open or closed:
- ON: The shop's status is set to open, meaning orders, products and customers will sync between Amazon and Unleashed.
- OFF: The shop's status is closed, meaning orders, products and customers processed or updated from either platform will no sync to the other.
Order fulfilled by Merchants or Amazon
Depending on your business's process Amazon Orders can either be fulfilled by merchants (you) or by Amazon. This means that you may be required to separate Amazon Sales Orders by the appropriate fulfillment process. You can therefore use the configuration options available to determine how Sales Orders Fulfilled By Merchant (FBM) or Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) are each imported and managed in Unleashed.
CHOOSE HOW UNLEASHED AND AMAZON INTEGRATE
Use the following configuration options to manage how orders, products and customers will sync between Unleashed and Amazon. The configurations applied at the point of installation can be updated and amended at any time and will take effect as soon as the new configuration is saved, using the green Save Configuration button at the bottom of the Configuration tab.
