About the Sales Persons function

The Sales Persons page enables you to create and manage your sales people in Unleashed. These salespeople can be associated with sales orders allowing you to view which sales person is related to each sale. You can then report on this using several enquiries which can give you an easy way to work out commissions. 

You can access the Salespersons menu via Settings | System | Sales Persons.

You can also set up a default salesperson on a customer so that each time an order is created it uses that salesperson; you do this on the customer file.

How to set up a new sales person

1. Enter their full name and email into the boxes provided and click Add. 
2. This will enable them to be selected on an order or customer. You can change the name or email of a Salesperson by clicking on that field and editing it.
3. If you no longer need a particular salesperson you can Obsolete them by ticking the box on the far right.
