About Quick Count

The Quick Stock Count page enables you to get a list of all your products that have stock on hand. You can then print a count sheet to do a stocktake. You can access the Quick Stock Count report via Reports | Inventory | Quick Stock Count.

Any variance you find when counting stock will need to be entered via a stock adjustment. If you want to use a more automatic method, the Perpetual Count may be more suitable.

 

Using the Quick Stock Count function

To get the count of all your products, you first need to choose the warehouse it is for. Once you have chosen the warehouse, the list will show in the grid and you can print a count sheet by clicking the Print button, at the top of the banner.
