Import Warehouse Transfers

If you want to transfer stock between warehouses, you can add a warehouse transfer or import multiple warehouse transfers. You must import warehouse transfers using the Unleashed template. 

This import must be used ONLY for existing warehouses and products. You cannot create a new warehouse or product using this import.

Before You Begin

Read the following topics to understand the correct process details and avoid common errors:

Importing Warehouse Transfers

  1. Go to Inventory | Transactions | Warehouse Transfers.
  2. Click Import.
  3. Click Download Warehouse Transfers Template File.
  4. Enter data in the template format. For field definitions, see Import Warehouse Transfers Field Definitions. 
  5. Save the file and upload it.
The warehouse transfers are imported in a Parked status. For more information about how to complete warehouse transfers, see Manage Warehouse Transfers.
