Update open Assemblies

The Import Assemblies function allows you to amend open Assemblies, as well as create new ones. Some points to note when updating Assemblies with a CSV import:

  • If using an empty Assemblies template to update your open Assemblies, ensure the *AssemblyNumber and *Product Code fields in the CSV template exactly match the Assembly Number and assembling Product Code in Unleashed, to ensure a successful import and update.
  • Custom Assembly Statuses are available to import on the CSV template.
  • Unleashed's Export Assemblies CSV file can be used as an Import template to update existing Assemblies in open statuses.
NOTE: Completed Assemblies must be removed from the Export Assemblies file to ensure a successful import.

All open (either Parked or custom Assembly status) and completed Assemblies in Unleashed can be exported into a CSV format. The export will show each assembly and the product that's been assembled, but it does not display the components allocated to each Assembly.
