Managing User Account Options

The My Unleashed Account page enables you to view the number of accounts available to you, the relationship of those accounts, and the subscription plan details. Additionally, you can access multiple Unleashed accounts without having to log in and out. You can also be invited into as many accounts as you like.

Accessing the Unleashed Account Page:

  1. You can access this page by clicking on the username of the account, located at the top right-hand side of your screen. 
  2. Click My Account. The account details are displayed here. 

Using the My Accounts tab: 

The My Accounts tab displays the Unleashed account details. Based on your access permissions, you can upgrade your account or register another account.

Grid columns

  • Account: Shows the name of the specified account.
  • Relationship: Shows the relationship between the name of account and the account holder, i.e., Account Owner and Invited User.
  • Version: Shows what subscription option the account is in.
  • View this account: Enables you to login to the specified account.  When clicked, the dashboard for that account appears.

To upgrade your account

This page is only available for Account Administrators/Billing Partners.

  1. Go to the My Account page.
  2. Click Upgrade Account
  3. Complete Step 2 to Step 11 described in Subscribe to Unleashed Now.

 

To subscribe to a second Unleashed account 

This function allows you to create another (child) Unleashed account separate to your existing (parent) subscription. This allows you to run multiple Unleashed accounts which will be managed independent of each other but from a single user login:

  1. As the current Account Owner of an existing Unleashed account, go to the My Account page.
  2. Click Register Another Account
  3. Enter the required details.
  4. Click Submit.

After submitting, a new trial Unleashed account will be created for you to setup and subscribe to. For more details, see Subscribe to Unleashed.

To switch between Accounts

  1. Click on the <Company Name> drop-down list 
  2. Click on the account you want to access.

Using My Invoices tab

The My Invoices tab provides a list of all historical invoices, displaying the following details per invoice:

  • Invoice: Invoice number of the account.
  • To: Name of the account/recipient for the specified invoice.
  • Email: Email address for the specified recipient.
  • Date: Date the invoice was created on.
  • Total: Total amount for the specified invoice line.
  • Currency: Currency for the invoice.
  • Download: Can be downloaded in PDF format.

Upon the renewal of your subscription or when an update has been processed, the latest invoice will be emailed to either your account owner or a requested "billing contact". If you would like to update your subscription's billing contact, your account owner will need to submit a written request via the Support Portal.
