Managing User Account Options
FollowThe My Unleashed Account page lets you to view all the accounts you're a user of, along with you relationship of those accounts and the subscription plan details. You can use this page to navigate between Unleashed accounts with the same login details, without needing to log out and back in. There's no limit to the number of accounts you can be invited to.
To access the My Unleashed Account page:
- Click on your user name in the top right corner of Unleashed.
- Click My Account.
- You'll be taken to your My Unleashed Account.
My Accounts
If you are the Account Owner or a Superuser, in the top right of the My Unleashed Account page you'll see the following buttons:
- Upgrade Account: Directs you to the Billing page for your Unleashed account.
- Register Another Account: Directs you through creating a new Unleashed account with it's own subscription.

Account Owners of the current Unleashed account will also see the options to create or delete a Sandbox. For more details, see Using the Sandbox.
Grid columns
The details displayed per Unleashed account your user is invited to is as below:
- Account: Shows the name of the specified account.
- Relationship: Shows the relationship between the name of account and the account holder, i.e., Account Owner and Invited User.
- Version: Shows what subscription option the account is in.
- View this account: Click View to open the account as your user.
Navigate between Unleashed accounts
You can also switch between accounts by clicking on the current account's name in the top left corner of Unleashed an selecting the alternative account you want to view.
My Invoices
The My Invoices tab provides a list of all historical invoices, displaying the following details per invoice:
- Invoice: Invoice number of the account.
- To: Name of the account/recipient for the specified invoice.
- Email: Email address for the specified recipient.
- Date: Date the invoice was created on.
- Total: Total amount for the specified invoice line.
- Currency: Currency for the invoice.
- Download: Can be downloaded in PDF format.
Upon the renewal of your subscription or when an update has been processed, the latest invoice will be emailed to either your account owner or a requested billing contact. If you would like to update your subscription's billing contact, your account owner will need to submit a written request via the Support Portal.
