Customize Shortcuts

Customize the shortcuts available in Unleashed's header (9 dot icon) to navigate around Unleashed quickly and efficiently. The shortcuts you set in your account are specific to your login, so you can prioritise the pages most useful to you. They're a great way to save you time and effort when managing your inventory in Unleashed.

How to customize shortcuts

The shortcuts tab is split into two spaces, allowing you to segment your shortcuts for further ease. You can add up to 20 shortcuts within the the shortcuts tab, a maximum of 10 shortcuts in each space. To customize your login's shortcuts, see below steps:

  1. Click on the 9 dot icon in the header of any Unleashed page. 

  2. Click on the Customize shortcuts hyperlink at the bottom of the tab. 

  3. Drag menu items from the options listed on the left of the Customize Shortcuts page and drop them into the tab template shown on the right hand side of the page.
    NOTE: Use the Menu dropdown field to filter the menu items by module or type.

  4. Further organize the selected menu items by drag and dropping them within the tab. 

  5. Click Save Shortcuts to apply them to your account.
