Xero Tracking Categories

  • The Tracking Categories feature will enable easier reporting by eliminating the need to add multiple account codes. 
  • For more information, see Xero Tracking Categories.

Customer Credit Limits

  • The Credit Limits feature allows you to enable a credit limit for your customers in Unleashed. It will then automatically sync and update the value of the customers outstanding invoice balance from Xero.
  • Customers | Import/Export: New columns: Has Credit Limit and Credit Limit. For more information, see Import Customers field definitions.

B2B Portal

  • The B2B Portal Admin can login as a customer to assist customers in placing orders or troubleshoot any issues they might be facing while using your B2B store.
  • Go to B2B Portal | Settings | Customers to access this option.

Products

Sandbox

  • API and Integrations can be accessed on Sandbox accounts.
  • For more information, see Using the sandbox.

Sales Orders

  • Added a new column: Unallocated to the Batch Number selection drop-down list.
  • Displays the batch number quantity that is not allocated to other open sales orders. Blank indicates there are no batch numbers allocated and the full quantity is available.

Xero

  • The Account Name for the integrated store is displayed on the Integration Store tile.

B2B Portal

  • Product Dimensions (Weight, Volume (height * width * depth) will be synced from Unleashed and displayed in the B2B Portal.
  • The volume and weight will also be displayed on the checkout page.

Supplier Returns

  • If you update the Return Cost, you can automatically recalculate the cost for the cost lines by clicking on the  icon in the Cost column.

Customer Credit LimitsBETA

  • This is a Beta feature release. To participate in the Beta release, contact productteam@unleashedsoftware.com.

  • Import/Export template: New columns to support the Customer Credit Limits feature: Has Credit Limit and Credit Limit. For more information, see Import Customers field definitions.

Products

  • Products page: Added a new toggle: Sellable. You can now decide which products can be added to the Sales Orders / Sales Quotes by enabling/disabling the Sellable toggle.
  • Inventory | Products | View Products:
    • Added a new filter and Hidden Column: Sellable.
    • New bulk action cog options: Make Sellable and Make Non-Sellable.
  • Import/Export template: New column: Is Sellable. For more information, see Import Products field definitions.

Reorder Report

Serial Numbers

  • Serial numbers will support Code 128 characters (all standard ASCII characters from x20-x7E (32-126, or space through to tilde). The comma character is still used as a delimiter and will result in any string containing a comma being split into 2 serials. For more information, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_128.
  • The serial number case will be retained for all newly entered serial numbers. For example: AbC will be retained as entered and not converted to ABC. Note that the serial number search will be case insensitive.

Assemblies

  • Production | Assemblies: The Assemble By Date can be printed.

  • The B2B Portal navigation menu is now available on the left pane for optimum space utilization and easier organization.

  • You can try the B2B Portal premium features for a trial period of 30 days. For any questions or more information, please submit a case to our Experience Team.

B2B Catalogs (Premium Feature)

  • Catalogs enable you to create custom product views for customers. You can create product catalogs and assign them to specific customers.

B2B Multi-Warehouse (Premium Feature)

  • You can assign multiple Unleashed warehouses for stock availability to be displayed on the B2B Portal.

Batch and Serial Number Updates

  • You can assemble serial numbered products out of batch tracked products and vice versa.
  • You can now assign/save serial and batch information on assemblies prior to the transaction being completed.  

Assembly/Disassembly

  • Production | Assemblies | Add Assembly/Add Disassembly: New field - Assemble By.
  • You can specify an Assemble By date for your Assembly/Disassembly.
  • When the Assembly/Disassembly is completed, it will display the Assembly Date field which is automatically populated with the date the Assembly/Disassembly is completed.
  • Production | Assemblies | View Assemblies.
    • New filter - Assemble By From
    • New column - Assemble By
    • The existing Assembly Date column will now display the date the Assembly is completed instead of the Created Date.

Company Settings

  • Settings | Company: Added a new Configuration tab for the toggle settings.

Xero

  • Sales Order | Invoices tab: New action cog option Email Xero Invoice.
  • Available only when the sales invoice has been completed and exported to Xero.
  • The Xero invoice email will be sent from the email of the account owner who has enabled the Xero integration.
  • The Xero Invoice Status must be Submitted, Authorised, or Paid.
  • The Customer Contact email must have a valid email.

Label Printing

  • Available on Medium, Large, and Large Plus subscriptions.
  • You can create label templates using the Doc Designer and use them to print product labels.

Bill Of Materials

  • New Comments field added to the Bill Of Materials page.
  • The comments will be automatically copied to any assembly or disassembly created from the Bill Of Materials.

Going forward, all invoices synced from Unleashed to Xero, will have a link in the Xero invoice to open the corresponding Unleashed invoice.

B2B Portal Categories - Premium Feature

  • Available only on the B2B Portal Premium and Premium Plus subscriptions. For more information about price and to upgrade, see Pricing - B2B eCommerce.
  • You can create product categories and assign products for easier classification and search capabilities. This will create a better user experience and make it easier for customers to place orders on your B2B store. 
  • For more information, see B2B Store - Categories.

B2B Portal

  • The store creation flow has been updated for better user experience. For more information, see Adding a New Store.
  • You can choose to display/hide the Unit of measure for your B2B store products. These settings are available on the Product Details tab. For more information, see B2B Store - Product Details.
  • Sales | Orders | View Sales Orders: Added a new hidden column Sales Channel to display orders placed on the B2B Portal.

Xero

Shopify

  • Configuration tab: You can select if you want to create an order and a customer for each Shopify order or use a single customer for all Shopify orders.
  • For more information, see Shopify Integration Setup - Configuration tab.

Production | Assemblies/Disassemblies

  • You can specify the Source Warehouse and Destination Warehouse.
  • Assemblies:
    • Source Warehouse: The warehouse from which the component products are taken from to build the assembled product and the stock on hand will decrease.
    • Destination Warehouse: The warehouse where the assembled finished product will be added and stock on hand will increase.
    • For more information, see Add Assemblies & Sub-Assemblies.
  • Disassemblies:
    • Source Warehouse: The warehouse from which the product to be disassembled is retrieved from and stock on hand will be reduced.
    • Destination Warehouse: The warehouse where the disassembled component products will be added and stock on hand will increase.
    • For more information, see Disassembly.

Sales Shipments

  • On Ship column: Contains a sum of all the quantities of the product on open shipments for the given warehouse.
  • Settings | Company: New toggle Use Shipment Quantities for Sales. Only visible if Order Management is enabled.
  • If Order Management is enabled, and Use Shipment Quantities for Sales is enabled:
    • Creating a Shipment will calculate the (on hand quantity) minus (quantity on open shipments).
    • Updating a shipment line will throw a validation error if the new shipment quantity is greater than the (on hand quantity) minus (quantity on other open shipments).
    • Using the 'Refresh Ship Qty' action will take into account the (on hand quantity) minus (quantity on other open shipments).
    • If completing a sales order creates shipments, those shipments will use the same behaviour. If there is insufficient on hand quantity which is not on open shipments, the sales order cannot be completed.

B2B Portal

  • Obsolete products and customers in Unleashed will not be synced to the B2B Portal.
  • You can choose to display/hide the 'Out of Stock' badge for your B2B store products. These settings are available on the Product Details tab. For more information, see B2B Store - Inventory tab.

Sales Orders

  • Assign Oldest/Batch and Serial Numbers: You can assign the oldest batch/serial numbers to all lines on a sales order using the action cog available on the Serial/Batch columns.
  • For more information, see Adding Sales Orders.
  • Unit column: The Unit column on the sales order lines will display the product unit of measure.

Reports | Sales | Margin Enquiry

  • Filter to include or exclude charges.

Vend 

  • Configuration tab - New option: Accounting System Invoice 
  • Enable this option if you want Unleashed to send the Sales Invoice to your Accounting Provider.
  • If you have already integrated Vend with your Accounting Provider, you must disable this option.

  • Added a new Hidden Column: Total.
  • The Total column will display the Sales Order Total in Customer Currency.
  • Renamed the existing columns:

    • Tax -> Tax (Base Currency)
    • Cost -> Cost (Base Currency)

    • Individually: Each sale will create one sales journal in Xero.
    • Batched daily: A consolidated sales journal containing all sales for the day will be created in Xero. The sync will be initiated at 2 A.M. daily based on the local time zone setting.
