Filtering Replenishments

Follow

This article will discuss filtering the Replenishments tab. You can easily see your priorities for replenishments, and focus on what may need to be ordered together using the filters.

By filtering the Replenishment tab by supplier, you an see what you need to order from them. Although only one of these orders should be placed now, I can see there are 2 other replenishments that will need to be placed this month. If I order these together I may save on freight.

By default, the replenishment tab will only list what is needed to be placed over the next month. But if you want a more focused list, you can change date range to only show what is needed to be placed for the next 7 days, for example.

Alternatively, you may be planning for production or procurement for a completely time frame. In this case, you can set the start and end date range filter to cover next quarter, for example.

You can click the header of the calendar selection tool to change the scale of the calendar:

If you see the date you want is crossed out, this is caused by the start date being limited to before the end date and vice versa. Move the end date prior to attempting to move the start date to after the end date!
