Manage Warehouse Mappings for a B2B Store

Within Unleashed's B2B Portal, each B2B Store's configuration setting requires one Unleashed Warehouse to be identified as the Warehouse all Sales Orders placed through the B2B Store will be created against. This means that all Sales Orders imported from the B2B Store will initially allocate stock from the Warehouse selected in the "Warehouse Mapping" setting.

  1. In Unleashed, from the main menu go to B2B Portal and select Configure in the B2B Store's tile.

  2. In the Configuration tab, scroll down to the Orders section.

  3. Use the dropdown menu available for "Warehouse Mapping" to select the appropriate Unleashed Warehouse.

  4. Click on "Save Configuration".

From then on, any Sales Order imported from the B2B Store will import with the selected Warehouse allocated as the Order's Warehouse.

Manage stock availability for a B2B Store

Within Unleashed's B2B Portal, you can determine which of your Warehouses in Unleashed will be used to populate the B2B Store's stock availability per product. At least one warehouse must be selected.

  1. In Unleashed, from the main menu go to B2B Portal and select Configure in the B2B Store's tile.

  2. In the Configuration tab, scroll down to the Stock section.
  3. Use the toggles provided under "Assign warehouses for stock availability" to determine which warehouse's stock will be synced to the B2B Store:
    • Toggled ON (green): Warehouse's stock availability is synced to the B2B Store.
    • Toggled OFF (grey): Warehouse's stock availability is not synced to the B2B Store.

  4. Click on "Save Configuration".

In the B2B Store you have the option to display stock availability per product per warehouse. For more details see B2B Store: Product Details.
