How do I integrate a different WooCommerce store with Unleashed?

If you enter some incorrect store details when initially integrating with your Woocommerce Store this can cause an error in your integration and the store may show as "Inactive" in Unleashed, but this easy enough to resolve using the following steps.

Similarly, if you've integrated a WooCommerce store but want to integrate a different one, you can use the below steps to update your integration accordingly.

How to reinstall a Woocommerce Store

  1. From the main menu, go to eCommerce Hub, select the Woocommerce tile and in the Configuration tab click on the Uninstall App link.

  2. Refresh your the browser page and the Woocommerce page will update to show the Overview tab and the option to re-attempt installing your Woocommerce store. See WooCommerce Integration Setup.

If you experience any issues syncing your Woocommerce store after installing with the correct details, head to the Connection Log to review and troubleshoot any errors that may have occurred.
