Why are my products failing to export to WooCommerce?
FollowDuring the initial setup of the Woocommerce integration all your "sellable" products in Unleashed will be exported to WooCommerce. This can be a large amount of data if your product list is large. The server your Wordpress site or WooCommerce Store is hosted on may not have the capacity to receive this influx of information.
If you come across this error Submit a support ticket in the Support Portal. If this is confirmed to be the case, we will need to discuss temporarily increasing your server capacity with your provider.
Alternatively, you can manually add products to your WooCommerce Store and let the connection continue as it is. Sales made in your WooCommerce store will still be imported via the integration. During the import of Sales Orders products that exist in WooCommerce will sync to their matching product code in Unleashed, establishing the mapping that will subsequently allow Unleashed's stock on hand to export to WooCommerce in real time moving forward.
