Can I include the 'Can Assemble' quantity when exporting available stock on hand to Shopify?

You can include an assembled product's "Can Assemble" quantity in the Shopify integration's stock on hand export, provided the product's Bill of Materials (COM) has the "Can Auto Assemble" setting enabled (see Auto Assembly).

Manage your Shopify Store's "Include quantities for auto-assembled products" setting

To manage your Shopify store's "Include quantities for auto-assembled products" setting:

  1. From the main menu in Unleashed, go to the eCommerce Hub and click on the Shopify tile.

  2. Click on the "Configure" button in your Shopify store's tile.

  3. Select the "Stock Configuration" tab.
     
  4. Scroll to the "Include quantities for auto-assembled products" option and use the toggle to either enable (green) or disable (grey) it. 

  5. Click on "Save". 

"Include quantities for auto-assembled products" is enabled

If "Include quantities for auto-assembled products" is enabled, the available quantity exported to Shopify from Unleashed will include the "Can Assemble" quantity for any assembled product that has "Can Auto Assemble" enabled in it's Bill of Materials. The Can Assemble quantity is calculated based on the component quantities available in the Warehouses enabled in the "Stock Availability Warehouse Mappings" setting.

"Include quantities for auto-assembled products" is disabled

If "Include quantities for auto-assembled products" is disabled, only the product's available quantity for the warehouses selected in the "Stock Availability Warehouse Mappings" setting will export to Shopify.
