Managing Users with Access Workspace

Invite a User
To add a new user to an Unleashed account with Access Workspace:
- Log into Access Workspace and open Unleashed.
- From Unleashed's main menu, go to Settings, Security and select Users.
- Click on the green "Invite a User" button in the top right corner.
- Enter the new user's details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address (this will be used to create their login)
- Department (use the drop down menu to select as appropriate, default is "Executive")
- Role (use the drop down menu to allocate a role to the user, see Role Permissions)
- Click the green "Invite" button.
- The new user will receive an email invite to the Unleashed account with the subject "Invitation to join..."
NOTE: The email will be sent from "unleashed-noreply@theaccessgroup.com", we recommend checking any spam or junk folders if you do not receive the verification code within 15 minutes of requesting it.
- The new user must use the link provided in the email then click on "Accept Invite" to activate their login.
NOTE: The invitation's activation link is valid for 7 days after delivery.
- Once accepted, click on "Create Login".
- The new user will be directed to the Access Workspace's login page to provide a password for their new login credentials and verify their email address.
- Once the new user has verified their login details they will be automatically added as a "Member" to your organisation's Access Workspace and will be a "User" in your Unleashed account.
Manage Unleashed Users
Unleashed User Roles
The functions, features and pages each invited user has access to in Unleashed is determined by the "Role" they have assigned with Unleashed's "User" page. To update an Unleashed user's current role, simply navigate to Settings, Security, Users and click on the "Role" field for the user. Select the user's new role from the dropdown menu displayed.
To create new Roles or manage the permissions granted for existing Roles in your Unleashed account, head to Settings, Security, Role Permissions. For more details, see Role Permissions.
Member management in Access Workspace
To manage Members of your Access Workspace organization, head to your Access Workspace's Dashboard and use the "Members" tool. From "Members" you're able to manage:
- Access to the Products your organization uses
- Member Roles for Access Workspace
- Member Passwords for Access Workspace
- Member 2FA's for Access Workspace

Change Password
Each Unleashed User's login credentials are created and subsequently managed within Access Workspace. As such, to change the password for an existing user of Unleashed the user must navigate to their Access Workspace and complete the following steps:
- Once logged into Unleashed, click on the white "Access" button and select Spaces.
- Select "My Dashboard" to open your Access Workspace.
- Click on your User Name in the top right corner, and select "My account" from the menu.
- Select "Change Password" from the page options, then follow the page's instructions to update your login's current password to a new one.
NOTE: The new password must be at least 10 characters long.
Once the password is updated in Access Workspace, all accounts linked to the user's Access Workspace organisation will also update to the new password.
Forgot Password
If a user's forgotten the password to their Access Workspace login, the password can be reset from the Access Worskpace login page using the "Forgot your password?" link.
- Navigate to Access Workspace's login page: Access Workspace Login
- Enter your Access Workspace user email address (this will be the same as your Unleashed User email), then select Next.
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link, displayed under the Password field.
- Click the "Send Code" button displayed in the next page.
- A verification code will be sent via email to the user's email address, with the subject line "Reset your Access account password".
NOTE: The email will be sent from "noreply@accessacloud.com", we recommend checking any spam or junk folders if you do not receive the verification code within 15 minutes of requesting it.
- Enter the verification code provided in email into the "Verification code" field now shown in your Access Workspace login page.
- Provide a "new password" for your Access Workspace login and select "Set my password".
NOTE: The new password must be at least 10 characters long.
- Your Access Workspace's login will then be updated to the new password and you will logged into your Access Workspace account.
