Why can't I add a product to a Sales Order?
FollowOnly products that have been enabled as Sellable can be added to open (Parked or Placed) Sales Orders (SO) or Quotes.
If a product is not showing up in the SO's "Product" search field, it may be because the product has not been setup as Sellable. To update the product to be Sellable:
- Go to the product's record
- In the Details tab, under Type, check that the Sellable toggle is on (green).
- Click Save.
