The value shown in a Shipment Journal in Xero represents the total cost or value of the stock on hand that was used to fulfil the Shipment. Whereas the Sales Invoice will represent the price charged to the Customer for the sale of the ordered stock.

Review Shipment Costs

Filter the Transaction Enquiry in Unleashed by Transaction Type: Sales Shipment and group by "Transaction Ref" (drag and drop the header above layout's headers) and the Value column will display a Sum Value per dispatched Shipment which should match Xero's Shipment Journal.

Review Sales Invoices

Use Unleashed's Invoice Enquiry, filtered for Status: Completed, to review the total price per Invoice charged to your Customers and compare with Xero's Invoice totals.
