B2B Store: Import Orders

If enabled by the B2B Store Administrator, use the B2B Store's Import Orders function to bulk add products to your cart and place orders. This option's perfect for saving time when making new orders with a large volume of products to include. 

Import Orders to the B2B Store

The Import Orders function uses a downloadable CSV template to populate your products and required quantities and add them to your cart. To import an new order, see the below steps:

  1. In the B2B Store, go to My Orders in the top right of the page and select Import Orders


  2. A pop-up " Import Orders" window will appear. Click on the link "Download CSV template" shown in step 1 of the window. 


  3. Open the CSV file on your desktop and fill in the two columns:
    • ProductCode: Enter the product code of the items you need to order.
    • Quantity: Enter the number of units required for your order.
      NOTE: Do not edit the row headers in the CSV template. 


  4. Once all products and quantities have been provided in the CSV template, save the document in a .csv format. 
    NOTE: Only 500 rows can be imported to the B2B Store at a time. If more than 500 products need to be ordered, split the CSV template into batches of 500 rows each to upload them separately. All uploads will the then be consolidated into the same cart.

  5. On the B2B Store's Import Order pop-up window, drop the saved file into the upload tile or click on the tile to select and upload the template from your device. 

  6. Once the upload is complete, a pop-up "Import Order" window will appear to confirm. Select the Import More Products to upload a new CSV template with more products to add or click on Go To Cart to review your current order. 

    NOTE
    : If there are any errors upon import, the first 10 line numbers where there is an error will be displayed.

  7. Once all products have been imported, you can add further products to your cart directly from the B2B Store or you can click Proceed to Order to confirm it.
