B2B Store: Standing Orders
FollowStreamline your ordering process and save time the B2B Store's Standing Order option. By automating these orders for regularly used products, you can ensure that essential items are consistently replenished without the need for manual intervention.
Make a Standing Order
To create a new Standing Order:
- Add the products you'd want to regularly order, with the required quantities, to your B2B Store's cart like a standard order (see B2B Store: Create Orders).
- Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of your B2B Store to review the products on order. If all products and quantities are correct, click "Proceed to Order".
- Select a Delivery Address or enter a new Address. The address provided will be the recipient for each renewed Standing Order.
NOTE: If applicable, freight charges will be calculated and displayed once an address has been entered.
- At the bottom of your order's page, click on Make this a Standing Order.
- A pop-up "Create a Standing Order" window will appear, in which you will need to fill in the following details:
- Name: Provide a unique name for the Standing Order

Schedule: Use the drop down menu's available to select how often the Standing Order will be renewed. Standing Orders can be scheduled daily, weekly or monthly.
NOTE: The default schedule for Standing Orders is Every 2nd Week -
Beginning on: Select a start date for your Standing Order's schedule from the calendar field.
- Click on Create in the pop-up window and the Standing Order will be added to your account. The first order will be placed in line with your selected "Beginning on" date.
View and manage Standing Orders
You can review, edit, pause and resume your Standing Orders directly from the B2B Store, providing you with the flexibility you'll need to need to manage them easily and efficiently.
View Standing Orders
To review the Standing Orders that currently exist for your account in the B2B Store, click on the My Orders dropdown in the top right corner, then select Standing Orders.
Edit Standing Orders
The Standing Orders page provides an overview of all your current Standing Orders and allows you the opportunity to further manage them.
Manage Standing Orders using the following options available in the Standing Orders page:
- Status: Use the "Resume" or "Pause" icons displayed in the first column of each Standing Order to either put the Standing Order on hold or resume it's schedule.

Name and schedule: Click on the pencil icon to update the name given to the Standing Order and use the drop down fields available to update the schedule of the Standing Order.
NOTE: The schedule for a Paused Standing Order cannot be edited. -
Next Order Date: Use the calendar field to update the next order date when necessary.
NOTE: The Next Order Date for a Paused Standing Order cannot be edited. - Save Changes: If any changes have been made to the Standing Order's status, name, schedule or next order date, click on the Save Changes button to apply the updates.

Delete: Use the bin icon to remove the Standing Order from your account.
NOTE: Deleting a Standing Order will not remove orders that have already been placed. - Show Details: Use the drop down link for a full review of the Standing Order.
To edit the quantities and products currently included on a Standing Order, click on Show Details and use the update options available:
- Quantity: Either enter a value in the quantity field or use the plus and minus icons to adjust the order quantity.
- Delete: Use the bin icon to remove the product from the Standing Order.
NOTE: There needs to be at least one product for a Standing Order to exist or save successfully.
Add a product to an existing standing order
Additional products can be added to an existing Standing Order from the B2B Store's Product pages. To add a product to an existing standing order:
- Locate the product you want to add in the Products page or open it's unique product page.
- Update the quantity field for the quantity required.
- Click on the highlighted down arrow button, next to Add.
- The drop down menu displayed will list all current Standing Orders for your account.
- Select the appropriate Standing Order from the drop down list.
NOTE: You will not be able to add a product to a paused (Inactive) Standing Order.
- A pop-up window will appear, in which you can choose how the additional product should be applied for the Standing Order:
- Add to next order: The product quantity will only be added to the next scheduled order and will be shown in the Standing Order with a "one-off" badge. The product will automatically disappear from the Standing Order after the next order has been placed.

Add to all upcoming orders: The product quantity will be included for all future orders scheduled.
Add multiple products to a Standing Order
To add multiple products at once to a Standing Order:
- Go to the Products page in the B2B Store.
- Update the quantity field for each product due to be added to the Standing Order.
- In the filter section at the top of the Products page, click on the down arrow button shown next to "Add Products to Cart".
- The drop down menu displayed will list all current Standing Orders for your account.
- Select the appropriate Standing Order from the drop down list.
NOTE: You will not be able to add a product to a paused (Inactive) Standing Order.
- A pop-up window will appear, in which you can choose how the additional product should be applied for the Standing Order:
- Add to next order: The product quantity will only be added to the next scheduled order and will be shown in the Standing Order with a "one-off" badge. The product will automatically disappear from the Standing Order after the next order has been placed.
