B2B Store: Admin
FollowManage the Store Administrators with current access to your B2B Store from your B2B Store's Admin page. From the Admin page you have the option to delete Store Administrators so that they can no longer access the B2B Store's settings.
NOTE: There must always be at least one Store Administrator and you cannot delete your own user from the B2B Store.
B2B Admin
The Administrator Settings page in your B2B Store will list all current Store Administrators to your B2B Store, displaying their Name and Email address (the same address they use to login to the B2B Store).
To access the B2B Store's Admin page:
- Go to your B2B Store and login with your Store Administrator credentials.
- In the top right corner of your B2B Store, select Settings.
- Under Store Settings in the main menu (on the left of the B2B Settings page), select Admin.
Delete a B2B Store Administrator
If a Store Administrator no longer requires access to your B2B Store, you can delete them via the Admin page.
To remove or delete a Store Administrator:
- Go to your B2B Store and login with your Store Administrator credentials.
- In the top right corner of your B2B Store, select Settings.
- Under Store Settings in the main menu (on the left of the B2B Settings page), select Admin.
- Click on the Actions drop down menu, to the right of the Store Administrator's email address and select Delete.
Once a Store Administrator has been deleted they will no longer be able to access your B2B Store, but can be re-invited at any time, provided they are a user in your Unleashed account. For more details on inviting a user as a Store Administrator, see B2B Portal setup.
