Can I delete or edit a Completed Sales Order?

Answer: 

There is no way to delete or edit a completed transactions in Unleashed.
To reverse a Sales Order, process a Credit Note to bring the stock back in and counter the sale. For more details, see Add a Credit Note.

If you need to re-do a Sales Order, once the original has been credited use the Clone function to replicate the original order and adjust as necessary. For more details, see How do I clone a sales order?
