Summary: 

To serialise a product that has Stock On Hand  

Steps:

• Open product record
• Ensure that there are no current (open) transactions for this record. This can be reviewed under the "reference tab" 
• Toggle Serialized switch on

Additional Information:

A pop-up will appear prompting you to type in serial numbers to match the quantity of Stock on Hand that you hold. 

Serial toggle will show a lighter green to show this is active but cannot be toggled off.
