Once a prospective B2B customer (guest) as filled out and submitted the "Access Request" form the details of this form will be sent to the "Contact Email Address" provided in your B2B Store's Contact Details pages.

To find out your B2B Store's "Contact Email Address":

1. Go to the B2B Store and login as the Store Administrator.
   
   
2. In the top right corner, select Settings, then from the main menu click on Store Settings, Contact Details.
   
   
3. Scroll to the "Contact email address" field and the current contact details will be available to edit, if required.
