Registered Partners of Unleashed can be invited as a Partner User to your account, allowing them access and visibility of your account without taking up one of your subscription's user licenses. 

NOTE: The Partner User must have their own Unleashed Partner account before they can be invited as a Partner User to your account.

1. From the main menu, go to Settings, Security, Users.
2. In the top right corner, select "Invite a User".
3. Fill in the "Invite a User" form, providing the partner's current Unleashed login email address.
4. Click "Invite".
5. The Partner will be immediately listed at the bottom of the User page, under the "Partners" section.

If the Partner's details are displayed with your account under "Users" instead of "Partners", their email address is not registered to an Unleashed Partner account. 

Points to note

• The "Partner" must be a registered partner of Unleashed to be added as a partner user. 
• Partner Users cannot be assigned User Roles and their permissions cannot be edited or changed. They have the same access as a Superuser.
• Partner Users do not count as a standard user in an Unleashed account and will not use a license from the Unleashed subscription.
