Provided the Partner has their own Partner based account in Unleashed already setup, they can be invited to be a Partner User of your account be following the below steps:

1. From the main menu, go to Settings, Security, Users.
2. In the top right corner, select "Invite a User".
3. Fill in the "Invite a User" form, providing the partner's current Unleashed login email address.
4. Click "Invite".
5. The Partner will be immediately listed at the bottom of the User page, under the "Partners" section.

If the Partner's details are displayed with your account's "Users" instead of under "Partners", contact the Partner and ensure the correct email address has been used to invite them and confirm they have been setup as a Partner of Unleashed. 

Points to note

• The "Partner" must be a registered partner of Unleashed to be added as a partner-user. 
• Partner Users cannot be assigned User Roles and their permissions cannot be edited or changed. They have the same access as a Superuser.
• Partner Users do not count as a standard user in an Unleashed account and will not use a license from the Unleashed subscription.
